Providing for People in Paisley (P3) is delighted to continue supporting the work of the Renfrewshire Food Bank. In previous years the Charity presented volunteers at Abercorn Street with non perishable food items, baby food, nappies and toiletries as they approached the festive season. Whilst it is appreciated that Food donations are absolutely vital to the Food Bank the outlay required to distribute a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food are perhaps overlooked. The Committee decided to offer assistance with the running costs of their van which picks up large donations and takes parcels of food to local churches to give to people in crisis.
